Born in Annapolis, Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay, Tess Cohen-Dumani later attended Northwestern University where she earned her Master’s Degree double majoring in Political Science and Communications and minoring in French. After university she became a civil servant working closely with many United States senators to better the government and the people of America. Tess has been a member of many previous campaigns of government representatives including the election of Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen and Congressman Jamie Raskin, both from her hometown.
